Upon the eminent peaks of Raven Hill lies the gate to the dark ruins of Myst. This scene takes place near the end of the story Arielle ~Crystal Gateway~. This was quite the fun experience for me. I have never drawn something like this before. I wanted to try and focus on atmospheric depth and see what I can come up with. I've had the composition sketch of this piece since May, and the character sketch for even longer. Just didn't have the willpower to complete it. But I'm glad that it turned out better than I had thought. Thank you all for your encouraging words. Couldn't have done it without you. Anyway, I hope you like it! Enjoy!
